Homecoming for the Heroes

homecoming for heroes

This Heroes Homecoming article was recently carried in the East Orlando Newsletter.  These are some of the more fortunate heroes…the ones that make it home.  American Valor thanks each and every one of you!

"There were good days, and then there were other days. For Bravo Company of the 841st Engineering Battalion, whose mission was to clear Iraqi roadways of IEDs (improvised explosive devices), the difference could be one of life and death. “On a good day, we would return to the base without incident,” said David Rosado, an Army reservist and team leader in the 3rd squad of Bravo Company, which

Coming Home Military Tribute

American Valor offers yet another military tribute.  This one was created by a gentleman who goes by the screen name of "Bosphotoman".  He says of this military tribute: "I made this to Chris Daughtrys song Home. I know it doesn’t fit perfect but I think it expresses the feelings of the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a former marine who served in Vietnam I salute these young men and women and I pray for them.

A "Thank You" from the creator of the video,
"Bosphotoman" (11/23/06)-
"Thank you all so much for watching my Daughtry Home Music Video. I have read that some people have sent it to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. I hope they see it and I hope they like it. As a former Marine and Vietnam Vet I know how much the support from ordinary citizens means when you are far from home.

The purpose of this site is to help promote support for our service men and women standing in harm’s way around the globe.
